I'm Chief Jim Zimmerman and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our online home. The Apple Creek Volunteer Fire Department is excited about utilizing the internet as a tool to inform the community of new events and changes that happen within the organization. We are working diligently in bridging the communication gap between the fire department and the community. Our volunteers are on call 24/7 and respond to an average of 450 plus calls per year. Our volunteer firefighters and EMTs have received the same extensive training as their paid professional counterparts and are certified by the State of Ohio.
